1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays start processing the next business day.
- Tracking details are emailed as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates & Methods
Domestic (Australia)
- Free Standard Shipping: orders $60 and up
- Standard Shipping (Tracked): $7.95
- Priority Tracked Shipping: $12.95
- Insured Express Shipping: $24.95
Estimated delivery: 5–16 business days depending on location. WA and remote areas may take longer.
International
- Standard International Shipping (Tracked): $7.95
- Priority International Shipping (Tracked): $12.95
- Insured Express International Shipping: $24.95
- Free International Shipping: orders $150+
Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
Note: Multi-item orders may arrive in separate parcels if they ship from different warehouses.
3. Shipping Restrictions
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or countries where shipping is prohibited.
- If your location is restricted, checkout will display an error.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may incur customs fees, import duties, or local taxes on arrival.
- These charges are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Check with your local customs office if you are unsure what fees may apply.
5. Shipping Delays
We work to meet all delivery estimates, but delays can occur due to:
- Carrier or customs backlogs
- Extreme weather or natural events
- Regional or global transport disruptions
Once a package is in transit, delays are outside our control. We will share any major service updates when we know about them.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your parcel is marked delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbours, building management, or parcel lockers.
- Contact the carrier to open a delivery claim.
- If unresolved, email us at sales@zeniththreadsco.com with your order number and we will assist.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
- Please double-check your address at checkout.
- We cannot guarantee changes once an order is fulfilled.
- If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will amend it if the order has not shipped.
