Returns & Refunds Policy

At Zenith Threads Co., we want every purchase to feel right. If something is off - whether it’s sizing, quality, or simply a change of mind - here’s how we handle returns, refunds, and cancellations.

Return Rules at a Glance

  • Returns accepted up to 30 days from delivery

  • Customers pay return shipping (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)

  • No restocking fees

  • Gift cards, personalised items, and intimate items are final sale; all other products are eligible

Return Eligibility

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order

  • Products must be unused, with all tags and original packaging intact

  • Returns are accepted for change of mind or defective items

  • We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

  • “New” means unopened, unused, and in the same condition as delivered

How to Start a Return

  1. Email sales@zeniththreadsco.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We will reply within 1–3 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and step-by-step instructions

  3. Returns must include the RMA number to be processed

Note: If your order was shipped from an international partner, we may ask you to return it to our Australian address. Standard return shipping charges apply unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Please do not send returns without contacting us first. Unauthorised parcels cannot be processed.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirming approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • Outbound shipping is free on all orders and is not deducted from refunds

  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • If your refund has not appeared after 15 business days, contact us at sales@zeniththreadsco.com

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked postal service. Refunds cannot be issued for items lost in transit

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Residents of the European Union may cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with proof of purchase

  • To exercise this right, email Sales@ZenithThreadsCo.com within 14 days of receiving your order

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank or credit card statement again

  • Contact your card issuer or payment provider, as processing times may vary

  • If you still do not see your refund, email Sales@ZenithThreadsCo.com for assistance
