Zenith Threads Co. Return Policy

We want you to love every purchase you make from Zenith Threads Co. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.


Return Eligibility

This return policy is valid globally.

You have the right to return [30-Days] after the arrival of your order.

The products can easily be returned. The actual returns costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the shipping party. This applies both in the case of dissatisfied products as well as defect received product. 

With most packages the return labels are in the box, if this not the case send us an email at Sales@zeniththreadsco.com and we will send them digitally. You can then print them and add them in the return package. 


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email Us: Contact us at Sales@ZenithThreadsCo.com with the following details:

    • Your order number
    • The reason for your return
  2. Follow Instructions: Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

  3. Return Address: After approval, please send your returns to:

    Note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Note: Only products in New* condition can be returned, we reserve the right to refuse a return with traces of use.

*New = These are unopened products in their original packaging and products that have never been used. 


Refunds

  1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  2. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  3. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Unless the item is defective or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Original Shipping Fees: If a refund is approved, the original shipping fees (if applicable) will not be included in your refund.

Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at Sales@ZenithThreadsCo.com so we can make it right.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If you are a customer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, as part of your statutory rights. To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Returned with proof of purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
