1. Subscriptions

How Subscriptions Work

  • When you subscribe to a product, you’ll receive automatic deliveries based on your selected frequency and term.

  • Your payment method is securely stored and charged at the interval you choose, unless you pay upfront.

  • Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the term. To avoid renewal, cancel before the next billing cycle.

How to Cancel or Modify

  • To manage your subscription, use the link provided in your order confirmation email.

  • You may update, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time.

  • For refund eligibility, please refer to our Returns Policy.

2. Pre-Orders

How Pre-Orders Work

  • Pre-orders let you reserve upcoming or restocked items in advance.

  • Depending on the product, you may be charged a deposit or the full amount at checkout.

  • Remaining balances (if any) are charged automatically once your item is ready to ship.

How to Cancel

  • Before Fulfillment: You may cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund.

  • After Fulfillment: Once your order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. You may request a return in line with our Returns Policy.

3. Try Before You Buy

How It Works

  • We place a temporary authorization on your card, but do not charge you upfront.

  • You’ll have a defined trial period to try the item before committing to the purchase.

  • If returned within the trial period, you won’t be charged.

  • If the item is not returned on time, the full purchase amount will be charged to your original payment method.
