Returns & Refunds Policy

At Zenith Threads Co., we want every purchase to feel right. If something’s off—whether it's sizing, quality, or simply a change of mind—we’re here to help. The following policy outlines how returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled globally, in compliance with consumer law and your rights as a buyer.
🕒 Return Eligibility
- You may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order
- Items must be in new, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact
- Returns are accepted for change-of-mind purchases or defective items
- We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of wear, damage, or use
New = Unopened, unused, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
📦 How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us with the following details:

- The reason for your return

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and step-by-step instructions. Most return requests are processed within 1–3 business days.

💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status:
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
- We offer free global shipping for all outbound orders. In the event of a return, outbound shipping is not deducted from your refund. However, return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

- We recommend using a tracked shipping method—we’re not liable for lost return parcels
🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us right away. We’ll investigate and resolve the issue—either with a replacement or full refund.

🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you reside in the European Union, you are entitled by law to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with proof of purchase
To exercise this right, email Sales@ZenithThreadsCo.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
🧾 Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank or credit card account again after a few days
- Contact your card issuer or payment provider—it may take time before your refund is officially posted
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us directly
