Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Zenith Threads Co. We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, reliably and with full transparency. This policy explains our processing times, delivery windows, fulfilment process and international terms.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.

  • You’ll receive tracking details via email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

2. Fulfilment & Delivery Times

We partner with a network of trusted manufacturers and warehouses both in Australia and overseas. Depending on the item, your order may ship from our local stock or directly from our international partners. Because of this, delivery times can vary:

A. Domestic (Australia)

  • Shipping Method: Standard tracked shipping

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–14 business days

B. International

  • Shipping Method: Standard international tracked service

  • Estimated Delivery: 10–21 business days, depending on destination and local customs processing

  • For multi‑item orders, products may arrive in separate parcels if they ship from different locations.

Delivery windows are estimates and can be affected by public holidays, customs inspections, carrier delays or unforeseen events.

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • We can’t ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or countries where shipping is prohibited.

  • If your location is restricted, you’ll see an error during checkout.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may incur customs fees, import duties or local taxes upon arrival in your country.

  • These charges aren’t included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Please check with your local customs office if you’re unsure about fees that may apply.

5. Shipping Delays

We do everything we can to meet our delivery estimates, but delays can happen due to:

  • Carrier or customs delays

  • Extreme weather or natural events

  • Regional or global transport disruptions

Once a package is in transit, delays are outside our control. We’ll notify you of any major disruptions when we’re aware of them.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If a shipment is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check with neighbours, building management or parcel lockers.

  2. Contact the carrier to open a delivery claim.

  3. If the issue isn’t resolved, email us at Sales@ZenithThreadsCo.com with your order number and we’ll assist further.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t guarantee changes once an order has been fulfilled.

  • Contact us immediately if you notice an error; we’ll do our best to amend it if the order hasn’t shipped.

8. Policy Updates

We update this Shipping Policy periodically. All changes take effect immediately when posted on our website.
