Returns & Refunds Policy

At Zenith Threads Co. we want every purchase to feel right. If something’s off—whether it’s sizing, quality or simply a change of mind—here’s how we handle returns, refunds and cancellations.

✅ Return Rules at a Glance

  • Returns accepted up to 30 days from delivery

  • Customer pays return shipping (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)

  • No restocking fees

  • Gift cards, personalised or intimate items are final sale; all other items are eligible

🔄 Return Eligibility

  • You may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, with all tags and original packaging intact.

  • Returns are accepted for change of mind or defective items. We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of wear or damage.

“New” means unopened, unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

📦 How to Start a Return

Send an email to Sales@ZenithThreadsCo.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. The reason for your return

We’ll respond within 1–3 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and step‑by‑step instructions. If your order contained items shipped from our overseas partners, we may direct you to return them to our Australian address, and shipping costs will still apply.

Please don’t send returns without contacting us first. We can’t process unauthorised parcels.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm the outcome:

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • We offer free outbound shipping on every order. If you return an item, we don’t deduct original shipping costs from your refund, but you’re responsible for the return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If your refund hasn’t appeared after 15 business days, contact us at Sales@ZenithThreadsCo.com.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked service; we can’t refund items lost in transit.

🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us immediately. We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period

Residents of the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition and returned with proof of purchase.

  • To exercise this right, email Sales@ZenithThreadsCo.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

🧾 Late or Missing Refunds

If you’re waiting on a refund:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement again.

  2. Contact your card issuer or payment provider—it can take time for refunds to post.

  3. If you still don’t see it, email us at Sales@ZenithThreadsCo.com for assistance.
