1. Subscriptions
How Subscriptions Work
- When you subscribe to a product, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select.
- Your payment details are securely stored, and you will be charged for each scheduled delivery unless you choose to pay upfront.
- Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the term. If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel at any time before the renewal date.
How to Cancel or Change Your Subscription
- To cancel or modify your subscription, check your order confirmation email for a link to manage your subscription.
- You can adjust or cancel your subscription anytime through that link.

2. Pre-Orders
How Pre-Orders Work
- Pre-orders allow you to purchase items that are currently out of stock or set to be released soon.
- We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout. The full or remaining balance will be charged once the item is ready to ship.
How to Cancel a Pre-Order
- Before Fulfillment: If your pre-order has not been fulfilled, you may cancel it and receive a full refund.
- After Fulfillment: Once your pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may request a refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.
3. Try Before You Buy
How It Works
- With our Try Before You Buy program, we authorize your payment method but do not charge you upfront.
- You will have a set trial period to decide whether you want to keep the item.
- If you decide not to keep it, simply return the item within the trial period. If the item is not returned before the trial ends, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
