- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any eligible item.
Item Condition Requirements
- Items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in the original condition as received.
- With all original tags attached.
- In the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
- Intimate apparel (e.g., undergarments)

Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

- For all other cases, the quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order.
Refunds

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.

Return Shipping Costs
