  • We partner with a network of manufacturers and warehouses to offer a broad range of products. Depending on the item, your order may ship from our Australian base or directly from one of our overseas partners, which means multi‑item orders may arrive in separate parcels.

  • Product listings, descriptions, pricing and availability may change without notice. We strive to show items accurately, but colours and details may vary by screen.

  • All prices are shown in AUD unless otherwise noted. Customs duties, import taxes or local fees for international orders are your responsibility and are not included in our prices.

  • You may return items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Gift cards, personalised items or intimate garments are final sale.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Please read our Shipping Policy for detailed information. Key points:

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery estimates range from 7–14 business days within Australia and 10–21 business days internationally. These windows can be affected by customs, public holidays or carrier delays.

  • When a shipment leaves our facility or an overseas partner warehouse, we’re not responsible for delays beyond our control.

6. Billing Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, up‑to‑date billing and shipping information. We may cancel or refuse orders if we detect fraud or unauthorised activity.

7. Third‑Party Links & Tools

Our site may contain third‑party services or links. These are provided “as‑is” without endorsement. Your use of them is at your own risk.
